Welcome to Morrison Ranch in Gilbert Arizona
Morrison Ranch is a community in Gilbert Arizona featuring over 3000 acres, tree-lined streets, multiple amenities, and easy access to downtown Gilbert. Known as a “community with character”, Morrison has been ranked #2 as one of the best master-planned communities in the state.
Morrison Ranch is owned by one of the original families that made Gilbert what it is today. The Morrison family, which dates back to 1920, turned 3000 acres of land into one of the East Valley’s largest farming operations from the 1920s until the 1970s. It was home to the world’s largest dairy farm and one of Arizona’s largest operating branches growing cotton, alfalfa, and corn. Three of the third generation Morrison family still manage the family holdings and are actively involved in the planning and development of the community.
Today, Morrison Ranch offers a variety of architectural designs such as craftsmen, prairie, and contemporary Ranch. There are miles of tree-lined streets, white picket fences, and open spaces giving a true country atmosphere to the neighborhood. It truly is a beautiful combination of rural countryside and a thriving business community.
Homes were built by a variety of builders including Shea, Taylor Morrison homes, Ashton Woods, Maracay Homes, Fulton Homes, Lennar Homes, and Pulte Homes. Each of these provides something different, unique, and their own tailor-made warranties and designs that have stood the test of time.
Morrison Ranch offers a good combination of single-family homes, condominiums, apartment homes and townhouses all close to the town center in length by about 400 acres of interconnected, open green space. There are dozens of trails, bike paths, and outdoor amenities for residents and their guests. This encourages all families and residents of Morrison Ranch to walk, jog, or bike to and from school, home, and work.
